Description

This field is no longer used in any java code. The only java format pattern used for displaying in version 3 is for date values within the admin app.

Possibly this should be renamed from JAVA to JAVASCRIPT and left as generic so that it could be used as Kendo or js international formatting. This is listed under the admin app but has implications for the view app so that front end formatting is more doable.
