Description
IN IBIS V3, <TEXT> XML elements no longer process HTML tags. Wiki formatting may be used in <TEXT> elements, however, it appears that the wiki code expects an http/https, as part of the [URL] This means that we need to have a hostname or IP address in the URL. When migrating <TEXT> elements with Wiki URLs, referencing local server/content, from local dev environments, test server URLs, and/or Production server URLs, the <TEXT> elements must be changed to reflect that current host.
