Breadcrumb path partially hidden

Description

It appears that the breadcrumb path on some web pages on the EPHT site are partially hidden by the orange header. The most consistent pattern I've seen is this occurs on indicator view pages, data query selection pages, data query builder pages, and data query results pages.

It seems like an inadvertent return is moving the pathway below the word "Path:"
