Admin indicator main page comes back empty after preview

Steps to replicate the problem:

  1. Open an indicator in ibisph-admin
  2. Go to the edit/indicator/view/list page (the "Views/ Charts List" button)
  3. Select any indicator view using the selection radio button - do NOT go to the edit/indicator/view/detail page ("View's Specifications" button).
  4. Click on the preview button.
  5. Close the preview page.
  6. Click on the "Indicator main" button.

The page comes back empty. Check the URL. The admin app has not cleared the view name from the URL.

It is requesting: edit/indicator/detail/BirthMomHS.Cnty.html

But it should be requesting: edit/indicator/detail/BirthMomHS.html

You don't have to do a preview - just go to the "edit/indicator/view/list" page and then click on the "Indicator main" button, or any of the indicator-level page buttons, and the page comes back empty, with the indicator view name in the URL. Remove the indicator view name and the URLworks.
