Description
I'd like to explore how best to handle Indicator report references. We should probably put them on the view pages, and on the important facts page.

Kim in UT implements via the wiki formatting within the text field. v2.4 has an INDICATOR.FOOTER_REFERENCES field that can be included on any IP page.
