In discussing this with Garth and Lois, we've found other NM small area indicators that are displaying correctly. So before anything else is done, we'll try republishing the indicators, and see if thatsolves this issue - Stay Tuned...

There is still an issue. Ibisph-view is not handling the use case where the indicator author specifies no graph for a Geo view, but does want a map (only). When the <CHART_NAME>=None, the graph is scrunched.

Here are snippets from two indicator view xml files. The first has a scrunched Sarea bar graph, the second has a nice Sarea bar graph.

Chronic Liver Disease Deaths by Sarea specifies no graph:

<INDICATOR_VIEW name="AlcoholRelatedDthLiver.Sarea">
	<TITLE>Alcohol-related CLD Deaths</TITLE>
	<SUB_TITLE>by Small Area, New Mexico</SUB_TITLE>
	<Y_TITLE>Deaths per 100,000 Population</Y_TITLE>

Educational Attainment by Sarea specifies horizontal bar graph:

<INDICATOR_VIEW name="NMPopDemoEduc.Sarea">
	<TITLE>Educational Attainment: Percentage of Population Age 25 Plus With No High School Diploma</TITLE>
	<SUB_TITLE>by Small Area, New Mexico</SUB_TITLE>
	<Y_TITLE>Percentage With No H.S. Diploma</Y_TITLE>
