We've struggled a bit with this in the past. I think I'd like one more mod.

On the "Available Services" admin page, the text in the section entitled “More Information and Resources” appears on the indicator report under the heading: “References and Community Resources.”

Please change them both to read: “Bibliographic References and Community Health Promotion Resources.” I know it’s a mouthful, but… “Community Resources” is ambiguous – could also be taken to mean “resources IN the community” which is pretty much the same as “available services.” We want the content to reflect “resources for communities engaged in health promotion activities.”

Should we separate out 'References' from 'Resources' in both Admin App and View (new field in the database). It should be at the Topic level in the new proposed data structure.
