Query POPULATE_MISSING_VALUES "missing" value

Description

The POPULATE_MISSING_VALUES "missing" value does not display in the query results table when an XSLT_FORMAT_PATTERN element has been used for the same measure. The additional results table rows appear with the dimension names, but the missing value (e.g., "0") does not display.

The missing value IS, however, in the xml. It just does not appear in the results data table when an XSLT_FORMAT_PATTERN element has been used.

I was hoist by my own petard. It wasn't that I HAD an XSLT_FORMAT_PATTERN element, it was that my XSLT_FORMAT_PATTERN was incorrect, and instructed the view app not to display zeros. I.e., I had #,### when I really wanted #,##0.
