{1} New Tickets for CoP Review (Unassigned, non Parking Lot)
- This report is what the CoP should use on their conference call. The group should review all the new tickets and make a general determination. This list is similar to the "open tickets" report but differs in that it only lists tickets that have not yet been assigned to a version# or milestone.
- Sorted by ticket#
- Color of row based on priority
{2} Open Tickets Needing Attention (Assigned Milestone or Owner, non Parking Lot)
- This report helps to show tickets that have been reviewed and acted upon but are not yet closed.
- List of all open, active tickets
- Sorted by milestone, priority, ticket#.
- Color of row based on priority.
{3} Open Tickets (grouped by Milestone)
- List of all open, active tickets
- Sorted by milestone, priority, ticket#.
- Color of row based on priority.
{4} Open Tickets (all non Closed)
- This report shows all non "closed" tickets. This is very similar to the "New Open" ticket report but is more inclusive. The CoP can use this report to go through all open tickets including all parking lot tickets.
- Sorted by priority, version, ticket#.
- Color of row based on priority.
{5} Open Tickets Needing Tester Assignment (assigned to "Testing”)
- List of open, active tickets assigned to owner='Testing'. This report shows tickets that have had development or action taken and needs to be independently verified by either the ticket creator or someone that is an active stake holder who possesses topic domain knowledge.
- Sorted by version, component, priority, ticket#
- Color of row based on priority
{6} Open Development Tickets (assigned to “Develop*”)
- List of open, active tickets assigned to owner='%dev%' . This lists the tasks that have been approved for development.

- Color of row based on priority
{7} Open Tickets Assigned to Me
- List active tickets by priority.
- Show all tickets owned by the logged-in user in a group first.
- Color of row based on priority
{8} All Tickets Assigned to Me
- List of all tickets
- sorted by priority, version, component, ticket #
- Color of row based on priority
{9} All Tickets Created by Me
- List of tickets I submitted
- Sorted starting with the highest ticket #
- Color of row based on priority
{10} All Tickets (grouped by Component)
- List of all tickets, grouped by component
- Sorted by version, priority, ticket#
- Color of row based on priority
{11} All Tickets (grouped by Type)
- Group all tickets by ticket type
- Sorted by priority, component, version, ticket number
{12} All Tickets by Ticket Number
- List all tickets ordered by ticket number
