                <p>
                        In the recent decades, health researchers have looked at the health behaviors 
                        and lifestyle factors that account for the largest number of preventable deaths. 
                        Their research suggests that the leading causes of preventable death in the U.S. 
                        are tobacco use, poor diet, physical inactivity, and alcohol consumption. These 
                        lifestyle risk factors are often the focus of health promotion campaigns because 
                        they can be modified by individuals. Resiliency factors include lifestyles and 
                        social supports that offset risk factors, including having social and family 
                        support and participating in physical activity.

                        including data sources and tips on how data can or cannot be used.
